Gym Blog #3

Today for our goals. We couldn't exactly find exercises because Hannah's phone was peroccupied, and not everyone has some sort of transportable device. But throughout the gym course I did the crab walk up and down the stairs, bicycle, bicycle crunches, this other exercise whice i don't know the name of: but your lik hitting your knee when it comes up. I climbed up the stairs, did the bicycle without the bicycle with Hannah. I did the leg curl.Truthfully I just experimented different things with the stairs and added things to the bicycle, or possibly just repeated the things I already did. And like usual i walked home with my friends, the only time when we drive is when my friend's mom comes picks us up (usually when it rains really hard), or when my mom comes to pick us up when i have some sort thing to go to, or she just suprises us like that.
 
My goal was not posted on this because... it's personal.

gym blog#2

LocoLocoMotion-day1- I'm going to begin the locolocomotion first because  can't remember the rest,
On the LocolocoMotion i only remember being tired, sweaty, thirsty, and feeling like used rubber. On March 4, today we played handball, it was so much fun! i felt that i was actually playing! people had begun to thorw the ball to me, and i even scored a few goals! I was pretty happy!
