I think I should get a B in gym class
because whenever we do Fitness, an example of today (Insanity). I felt sick,
like a I was going to throw head, I felt light-headed, but I worked through it,
sure I went to go drink so water, but it's human nature to be thirsty, just not
all the time, since I only went to get water once. After gym I had felt sweaty,
tired, and ready to throw up. I felt
woozy, but luckily the water helped, but I felt awesome afterwards. Another day
that may have been one of my favourites was the loco-loco motion, my favourite
was the crab walk, and the skipping… A day when I struggled would be one of the
fitness days, when I didn’t know most of the moves for the fitness, I lost
pace, and I was extremely grumpy that
day, when most of the time I feel ecstatic. Two other struggles I’ve had was
more likely the first time I did the Pond Run, and the Community Run since from
the summer I must have not been fit enough. My fitness goals from the beginning
of the year was probably to try to get more fit, and I do see a change in me
that I haven’t seen before grade 8. I’m not exactly sure what leadership would
mean to me based on gym, I believe everyone is their own leader. An improvement
I’d make in P.E. would be to be able to run longer distances, and trying to
keep the same pace!
Yay Larissa. I am happy to hear you are pushing so hard to not give up in fitness. Do be careful not to wander away when you work that hard so if you do fall down someone can see and help you. :) I love that ou smile so much and bring a positive attitude to our class. Keep it up!!
